We curate, purchase and authenticate pre-loved and brand new pieces from iconic brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Saint Laurent, as well as contemporary brands including Zimmermann, Isabel Marant and Ulla Johnson. We offer our clients up to 90% off retail prices which can be purchased through our Instagram, website or by visiting our store.
We are seeking a responsible, reliable and style-savvy Assistant Manager with supervisory experience in luxury retail to join our growing team! This role is essential in supporting the CEO and COO in daily operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of luxury brands and fashion trends, ensuring that our store operates smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers. We are searching for someone who shares our appreciation of the craftsmanship and artistry of luxury brands while promoting sustainability and circular fashion. A strong work ethic, exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.

SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in luxury retail, providing high quality service ensuring excellent client satisfaction while leading a team to achieve their sales goals.
  • Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and upselling while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Team player who drives the sales team with positivity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are required as well as a problem solving attitude.
  • Ability to assess priorities, multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
  • Proactive and highly driven individual who learns quickly and leads by example.
  • Strong administrative skills for managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Expert knowledge of designer brands, styling and resale value.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement with diverse clientele.
  • Experience with Shopify is an asset.
  • Skills in sewing and alterations would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional and memorable service every time by greeting every client and offering personalized one-on-one attention.
  • Form relationships with new clients and continually develop existing relationships, while providing styling and fashion advice, fostering client loyalty and trust.
  • Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and communication among staff members to meet sales goals.
  • Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Possess a broad range of product knowledge across all merchandise in the store and take initiative to stay informed of new products to maximize selling potential.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care, partnering with senior management when necessary.
  • Utilize POS system to check out clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as buying emails as well as Instagram and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising and inventory management.
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
  • Proactively support our warehouse team to collaborate on achieving company goals.
  • Comply with Rewind’s policies and procedures, while upholding our company’s values and high standards.
  • Perform other duties as required.
