Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance. What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner.
