Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance. Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day management and operation of the unit, focusing on driving sales, managing the unit budget and P&L, and ensuring delivery of brand standards, Health & Safety, and recruitment efforts. Responsibilities also include driving consistent high-quality customer service and reporting performance feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
