Understand each piece of equipment in the gym and know what to recommend when seeing a child having difficulty. As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist in managing coaches/Training new staff/new hires Respond to emails Oversight cleaning Conflict resolution between coaches and administrative staff Collaborate with coaches/ check in with needs of each Assist in implementing all project and activity curriculum Promote services, classes, and special events Effectively and efficiently use the Mind Body Software Participate in marketing meetings/ suggest ideas Understand and effectively communicate the state funded resources to guests Update social media with any gym changes Manage day of schedule changes
