ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations and taking charge when they are not available. You’ll be a key player in delivering great customer service, leading shifts, and maintaining high standards across the venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Opening and closing the venue, including cashing up and securing the premises
• Leading the team during shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Supporting and supervising staff on shift, providing guidance and encouragement
• Serving customers and ensuring top-quality service at all times
• Managing bookings and assisting with event coordination
• Carrying out daily safe and till checks
• Helping with staff training and development
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
• Assisting with small stock orders when needed
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the GM
• Taking on weekly responsibilities as delegated by the GM
