Job Responsibilities Zero safety incidents in respective scope of work Achieve production target to meet dipping plan Line balancing to avoid unexpected production losses Providing guidance to Supervisors, Keyman and manual workers to achieve factory objectives Maintain quality and performance of the final product (Liner) Maintain ERP software online to provide accurate information for costing and for Final accounts Conduct cost reduction programs to improve productivity of the manufacturing processes. Inventory control to maintain minimum WIP at any given time Manpower planning for operations Person’s Profile A degree preferably relating to Engineering (Textile Technology ) from a recognized University Diploma/Certificate course on circular and flatbed Knitting would be a definite advantage Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing management Minimum 4-5 years’ hands on experience on Knitting machine operations, specialized in glove knitting.
