Proposed Designation -Senior Executive Role type                         -Facility management Reporting to                    -Manager Administration    Roles and Responsibilities Operational Management - Oversee and supervise day to day operations of all the facilities ensuring their proper functioning, maintenance and cleanliness Compliance and safety – ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health and environment regulations    Skills and experience Communication          - excellent communication skills – written and verbal Work experience        - 5-8 years in managing facility services - preferably in a similar size / industry   Key Accountabilities –  Office administration and facility services –  Security – resource management, deployment, utilization, billing, and compliance Housekeeping – manpower resource management, office upkeep and maintenance, Inventory control process and billing  Cafeteria management – upkeep and maintenance, vendor management, hygiene and compliance (FSSAI etc.)                Inhouse events – vendor management and coordination Meeting and training room management – maintenance and utilization / control mechanism Office repair and maintenance – hands on experience in carrying out office repair and maintenance, (electrical, plumbing and hvac) Asset management – PPM and AMC – record and control management Record keeping – MIS (Budget vs actual cost, operation cost analysis, Billing and vendor account reconciliation, inventory /stock control management etc.) Vendor management – onboarding and compliance record management Visitor management system Seating and space management Labour law compliances – awareness and thorough knowledge of the documentation process for - S&E, CLRA, Form V, BOCW, time and attendance, etc. Understanding and Awareness on Leed certification, ISO certification audit, ESG and EMS requirements, workplace safety, EMS, and OHSAS Willingness to devote extended hour services as per business requirement (out of office hours)
