Description
* Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services) * Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform. * Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices. * Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members * Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools * Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach  * Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines * Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork * Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization. * Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow * Must be available for shift timings between 2PM to 11PM
Responsibilities
Lead complex ServiceNow implementation projects while coaching team members on best practices and development standards. Manage stakeholder relationships and drive strategic initiatives to foster high-performance team environments.
