The position in discussion is with the Learning and Development team at KGS. The team is 30+ strong members aligned to specific businesses. L&D at KGS provides holistic employee development through a well-structured learning and development process. We follow a gold standard approach for learning initiatives across the platform. The final goal of Learning and Development is to contribute to the overall success, long-term sustainability and profitability of an organization. This is done by increasing productivity, decreasing need for supervisions and reducing turnover through the development of employees by creating learning and training opportunities.
Responsibilities
This role supports the Learning and Development team in providing holistic employee development through a well-structured learning process, aiming to increase productivity and reduce turnover.
