Description

•To support the delivery of strategic programs & projects pertaining to strategy management, business excellence, technology implementation, by collaborating with various Functions and Business Units in KGS and onshore member firms. The candidate should be able to contribute to successful project execution and measurable outcomes under defined guidance. •Assist in designing departmental and functional strategy, as well as in developing Balanced Scorecards and Key Performance Indicators, the candidate should be able to leverage Business Excellence frameworks including EFQM and Deming. •To analyze and interpret business data and turn them into meaningful and actionable insights, that can offer ways to optimize costs in KGS, thus positively affecting business results. The candidate should be well versed in collection and interpretation of business data, analyze results, identify patterns and trends in data sets, and present the findings to senior stakeholders in KGS. •To contribute to develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business / clients in KPMG member firms, that would expand the Transition team’s delivery footprint in India and overseas.
