Description

* Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment * Should have prior working experience in ServiceNow tool * Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members * Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines * Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work * Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization. * Must be available for shift timings between 2PM to 11PM
