Job Requirements Key responsibilities: * Ensuring reporting and analytics packs and information are produced in a timely manner. * Develop interactive dashboard to meet user needs. * Build data models to integrate and optimize data flows. * Drive data improvements, enhancements and efficiencies. * Ability to identify issues and find solutions. * Ability to challenge and question in a constructive way. * Development of New reports based on onshore requirement. * Consistently offer innovative problem-solving approaches to handle regular deliverables * Independently and effectively manage difficult client situations * Variance analysis, providing commentary and Insights on the reports to leadership team. * Creation and maintenance of SOPs for operational activities * Supporting on Ad-hoc requests Technical Skills: * Automation of reports using Advanced Excel, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power App, VBA etc. * Proficient in Data visualization tool – Power BI & ETL tool - Power Query * Experience on Data Governance aspects, Data Quality     Enabling Skills: * Excellent communication skills * Professional, service oriented, proactive and flexible * Self-motivated and able to prioritize * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast passed environment while demonstrating high level of maturity * Strong inter-personal skills; the ability to handle conflict and manage expectations   Education & Experience * The candidate must have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm *             For Graduate – 4+ years of experience *             For Post-Graduate – 3+ years of experience * 3-4+ years of experience in MI reporting and data management (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage) *
