Description

Major responsibilities: Implementation of an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) from planning and gap analysis to deployment and certification. Implementation of a nuclear regulations and standard ISO19443 from planning and gap analysis to deployment and certification. Ensure compliance with applicable to nuclear requirements. Set IMS related strategic objectives and operational needs across departments. Effectively communicate IMS-related policies across all levels of the organization. Ensure seamless integration of quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems. Create, update, and manage IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals and records. Develop and deliver training programs for staff at all levels to ensure understanding and effective use of the IMS. Conduct ISO 9001/14001/45001 internal audits co-ordinate / surveillance audit. Planning the corrective and preventive actions (raised in audits) and verifying their effectiveness after implementation Track KPIS, Planning and conducting the Management Review Meetings periodically Monitoring progress of objectives of IM system and reporting to MR Processing review meetings. Planning of IMS trainings, coordination, Implementation of new systems at all locations Support Idea Management department.
