Description

Job Description:Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations across assigned regions, ensuring adherence to SLAs and TATs.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and last-mile delivery partners for smooth order handovers, dispatches, and customer deliveries.
Track delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, delivery success rate, RTOs, cancellations, and customer escalations.
Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners for operational issues, follow-ups, and performance improvements.
Monitor and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, failed deliveries, and customer complaints related to last-mile operations.
Support optimization of last-mile routes, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency in collaboration with vendors.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and service quality benchmarks across last-mile operations.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, customer experience, and planning teams to ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfillment.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering delivery performance, SLA adherence, RTO trends, and partner-wise metrics.
Identify gaps in last mile operations and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
