The role ensures continuous improvement in service excellence, operational skills, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement while maintaining luxury hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Training & Development Assist in developing and implementing the annual Learning & Development calendar based on business and operational needs. Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads. Design and deliver training programs related to luxury service standards, guest experience, communication skills, and departmental procedures. Facilitate new associate orientation and hotel induction programs. Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and service excellence training sessions. Support technical training programs for various hotel departments. Coordinate cross-training and career development initiatives for associates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Training & Development, Hospitality Training, or HR is preferred. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
