The Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for independently identifying, designing, delivering, and managing technical, enablement, and leadership development programs across career levels, based on the current and evolving business landscape within Consulting and Advisory. The role requires end-to-end ownership of learning journeys, including training needs identification, learning design, delivery, effectiveness measurement, and continuous improvement, leveraging MOOC platforms, LMS administration, data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder and vendor management to enable workforce capability building at scale.

Responsibilities
