Key Responsibilities: - Maintain occupancy levels at 97% or higher consistently. - Ensure timely collection of rents, addressing delinquent balances, and preparing necessary documentation for tenants. - File eviction notices, when necessary, due to non-payment or lease violations. - Supervise and hire maintenance personnel, ensuring the office, grounds, and buildings are well-kept at all times. - Interact with tenants daily, including conducting interviews for prospective tenants and maintaining accurate records according to corporate and legal guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in property management or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of tax credit regulations and experience with OneSite or comparable software preferred. - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software. - Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet occupancy and collection targets. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work unsupervised while meeting strict deadlines.
