[WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON]

[What you will be working on]
- Serve as Account Manager for a designated portfolio of commercial tenants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management.
- Lead the formulation, review and enhancement of leasing policies and processes to optimise operational efficiency and tenant experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of tenants’ requirements, including space utilisation patterns, rental assistance needs and commercial considerations, to provide tailored solutions.
- Implement and manage arrears collection for the portfolio, ensuring timely rental payments and minimising defaults.
- Lead negotiations for tenancy renewals with existing tenants, securing optimal terms while maintaining positive relationships.

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of real estate and facilities management practices will be an advantage
