• Run the show – Oversee daily truck operations (opening/closing, rostering, stock, quality control)
• Lead the team – Train, coach, and motivate FOH & BOH crew to deliver top-tier service
• Serve with pride – Jump into service, resolve issues, and make sure customers leave smiling
• Keep it clean & compliant – Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Hit targets – Monitor sales, track KPIs, control costs, and grow truck profitability
• Stay connected – Work with head office on ordering, reporting, staffing, and updates
