Lil’ Nashville is a buzzing live music restaurant and bar in Chiswick, serving up Southern BBQ, honky-tonk vibes, and a packed calendar of country music events. With strong early success and exciting growth ahead, we’re looking for a passionate and capable Assistant Manager to support our front of house operations and guest experience.

THE ROLE:

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the front of house team, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experiences, and strong team culture. This role is focused on the restaurant and guest service side of the business - you won’t be responsible for bar operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day floor operations and lead service when required
• Help manage the front of house team, including training, rotas, and performance feedback
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues confidently and professionally
• Maintain and improve table management, service flow and pace
• Oversee the reservation system, including bookings, deposits, and group communications
• Ensure the venue meets all necessary health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Represent the Lil’ Nashville brand with energy and professionalism
