Conduct line‑ups, communicate daily briefings, and assign work duties. Supervise, train, motivate, and coach team members. Ensure grooming standards, service etiquette, and brand consistency. Support scheduling based on labor forecasts; adjust staffing as needed. Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Anticipate guest needs and maintain strong guest engagement. Coordinate with Culinary on daily specials and menu updates. Ensure all menus, wine lists, and service materials are ready and presentable. Maintain beverage control including inventory, requisitions, and cost tracking. Comply strictly with liquor laws and safety procedures. Support financial review including revenue, cost control, and event P&L. Liaise with Engineering for repairs and ensure equipment readiness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas. Assist in onboarding and continuous training of new and existing staff. Understand outlet layout, table numbers, capacity, hours, dress code, and POS/Micros procedures. Ensure all pre‑service preparations including host stand setup, menus, wine lists, and stations. Monitor table turnovers, ticket times, and service timing. Assist host(ess) with greeting and seating guests. Ensure accurate order-taking and timely delivery. Oversee service quality and correct deviations immediately. Handle difficult situations such as intoxicated guests or disputes. Support payment issue resolution and follow Finance procedures. Ensure all closing duties are completed and outlet security maintained. Key duties include managing guest feedback, coordinating with Culinary, maintaining beverage control, supporting financial reviews, and ensuring all service areas and equipment are ready and compliant with safety procedures.
