Plan and manage logistics, packing, sorting, palletizing, storage, and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Projects, and Customers to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Optimize manpower, equipment, vehicle utilization, routes, and transportation costs.
Ensure availability of packing materials, consumables, MHE, and equipment to avoid operational downtime.
Lead, motivate, and develop the logistics team while maintaining accountability and productivity.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, housekeeping, and operational controls.
Manage transporters, PODs, service-provider bills, and logistics documentation.
Monitor logistics KPIs, MIS, and operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Identify root causes of operational issues and implement Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Ensure safe and compliant logistics operations with a strong Zero Incident culture.
