JOB PURPOSE To drive logistics efficiency, ensure cold- chain integrity, optimize distribution costs, reduce carbon footprint and improve service levels across the ice cream supply network through process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Step up to deliver savings performance through defining best practice Logistics standards – Infrastructure, Processes & Operations and driving continuous performance improvement through benchmarking Reduce Warehouse, Cold Chain and Transport related losses through defining & implementing best-in-class logistics management processes & tools Drive automation and digitalization in logistics operations. Drive CO2 reduction initiative in Warehouse & Transportation activities and reduce CO2 footprint Develop and lead governance management practices for cost and operational deliverables, including preparation of dashboards and performance reports. Internal & external benchmarking on logistics performance to drive improvement initiatives. Work closely with in-country Logistics team and support them through deployment of best-in-class Warehouse and transport processes, tools and driving continuous improvement through internal & external benchmarks WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: SKILLS Proven ability in stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills Ability to think through complex problems with an analytical and data-driven approach Skilled in driving change across processes and teams EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics, with at least 2 years in managing Warehousing or Transportation operations.
