The ideal candidate has restaurant management or shift leader experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working alongside a team to create great customer experiences. This role supports the General Manager with daily operations, staff leadership, and ensuring consistent quality of service and food. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly. Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching staff to ensure strong performance. Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering as needed. Support special events, promotions, and catering operations. Requirements Prior experience in restaurant management, supervision, or shift leadership preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable, professional, and committed to excellent service. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
