Your primary focus will be on implementing robust maintenance strategies designed to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes. This role requires designing and applying new manufacturing technologies specifically for electric propulsion systems, including assembly, laser welding, and testing operations. Developing appropriate tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support these processes will also be part of your scope.You will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive maintenance planning, including detailed Manufacturing Failure Mode Effect Analysis (MFMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to foresee and prevent breakdowns. Close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams will be essential to identify improvement areas and monitor plant efficiencies continuously.Demonstrate strong proficiency in Siemens PLC, Automation techniques, and SCADA applications to effectively oversee production equipment maintenance.Plan, schedule, and carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on various machinery such as robotic systems, laser welding machines, DC nut runners, and assembly conveyors, ensuring minimal downtime and maximized productivity.Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to swiftly resolve automation, electrical, and mechanical issues, minimizing equipment downtime.Maintain a well-organized inventory of critical spare parts and essential maintenance tools to support operational excellence and avoid production delays.Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to documentation standards aligned with ISO, IATF, ZWLF, and other relevant statutory requirements.Lead training initiatives for maintenance operators focusing on safe work practices and Reliable Centered Maintenance (RCM), empowering them to independently manage routine tasks.Understand key battery parameters and the relationship between equipment performance and product output to optimize production quality.Apply strong problem-solving capabilities to address technical and manufacturing challenges effectively.Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, adapting flexibly to support projects from concept through to launch, while engaging with suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
