Job Title – Assistant Manager - Maintenance Development The Assistant Manager – Service Operation Development supports the implementation and compliance of end-to-end business processes and systems. The role focuses on improving productivity and controlling service operation costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement through digitalization and simplification initiatives. What will you be doing? Drive Productivity Take proactive measures to enhance field productivity and ensure better resource utilization. Analyze direct and indirect hours to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate and quality back-reporting for effective hours posting. Maximize the benefits of productivity projects (e.g., DMP) by monitoring outcomes and driving adoption. Prepare customized reports for supervisors, focusing on KPI improvement (MTE, OPD, etc.). Drive Field Cost Control Conduct detailed analysis to identify areas of improvement in cost control (materials, subcontracting, etc.). Set annual cost-control targets at the supervisor level and track progress monthly. Coordinate with internal teams to address deviations and provide support to field teams for corrective action. Contribute to cost optimization strategies that balance efficiency with quality outcomes. Digitalization and Simplification Identify opportunities for digitalization and simplification within service operations. Roll out initiatives that streamline processes and enhance operational transparency. Drive adoption of traction control KPIs by monitoring usage and implementing corrective measures. Champion digital tools and platforms to improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual effort, and accelerate decision-making. Additional Contributions Continuous Improvement: Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to embed structured problem-solving and process optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between field teams and leadership, ensuring alignment of goals and smooth communication. Change Management: Facilitate adoption of new systems, tools, and practices by providing training, guidance, and success stories. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review KPIs, identify trends, and recommend strategic interventions to improve overall productivity. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP systems) Excellent communication and training abilities Knowledge of cost-control practices and financial analysis Familiarity with digital transformation and process simplification methodologies Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching and mentoring Are you the One?
