B.Tech (Civil) + MBA/Masters in Infrastructure/Project Management or related fields with 6+ years of experience in the infrastructure sector. Experience in Highway Sector preferred. Should have good understanding of the National Highways Project Development lifecycle, role of stakeholders, concession agreements and various obligations Excellence Stakeholder Management skills incl. govt. officials, highway and toll operators, fin-tech companies etc. Good understanding of highway operations aspects incl. Toll operations and Infrastructure, Toll Plaza Contracts, Digitization and IT enablement required for new-age tolling. Excellent analytical, communication, report writing and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, demonstrates strong commitment being in a long-term engagement and diligent in driving initiatives end-to-end. Candiates with long term view in a fast paced environment (both in the internal and client facing roles) is highly desirable.
