ASSISTANT MANAGER MALLARDS CAFE – FULL TIME 40 HOURS A WEEK.

Will include regular weekend and bank holiday work.
Will consider Part time and job share, but must be able to work weekends.

We’re a small team of passionate cyclists and food lovers running the cafe at one of
most beautiful spots in the Forest of Dean
We are looking for a coffee-loving food geek, that loves all things food and drink, but most importantly can deliver amazing service for our customers and their
dogs!
You’ll have experience of working in a customer facing hospitality role with
experience of supervising staff.
You’ll own the look and the feel of the cafe operation, and be responsible for seeing
it through the customers eyes, and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
through the day.
