The Assistant Manager/ Manager, Agency Recruitment will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for AXA agency channels. Supervised by team head, this position will focus MCV talent sourcing and onboarding qualified candidates to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for our agency operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Major Job Responsibilities: Support Agency Recruitment & Marketing Director with agency recruitment initiatives on MCV talent acquisition initiatives, including collaboration with Universities, engagement with external parties, participation in job fairs, in order to achieve business objectives; Assist in developing recruitment tools and facilitating agency force / recruiting managers to achieve their recruitment targets; Provide support function on agency recruitment campaign management and communication for agency channel Assist in implementing agency marketing, agency recruitment events and promotion activities for the team in achieving agency recruitment target Assist in developing and customizing agency marketing collateral/ agency recruitment tools for agency leaders to support their recruiting Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field A minimum of 4 years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably the insurance sector Strong understanding of agency recruitment processes and best practices Familiarity with individual insurance agent licensing regulatory Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics Experience with agency event/ sales promotion working experiences preferrable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to use PTH as working language (writing and speaking) MCV background / knowledge / experience will be a plus.
