You will be a part of HPB’s Branding & Corporate Marketing team who develops and implements campaigns and initiatives such as mental health awareness, school-based outreach, community outreach and parent engagement. In addition, you will also be in the team who is the custodian of the HPB corporate brand.
The successful candidate will manage the development and implementation of above-the-line, below-the-line, digital marketing, content and media strategies, as well as development and management of key webpages as part of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits amongst Singaporean children and parents.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing brand-related projects, including HPB corporate branded materials and corporate identity guide that enhance user experience across HPB’s various digital and printed communication touchpoints
  • Reviewing of marketing collaterals submitted by external corporate partners’ to ensure compliance with HPB’s brand identity guidelines
  • Managing school-based outreach programmes by coordinating health education resources, promotional materials, and social media content for preschools, as well as developing parent-child engagement materials
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop data-driven marketing strategies that promote HPB’s health programmes and contribute to programme KPIs
  • Assisting in creating integrated marketing materials for digital and offline channels
  • Coordinating end-to-end content development processes, including securing necessary approvals
  • Managing appointed creative, media and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Handling administrative responsibilities, including procurement, budget management, financial duties, and vendor performance reviews

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Proficient in English
  • Team player with ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced matrix environment
  • Able to design and create creative content proficiently
  • Familiar with digital marketing and website building
  • Familiar with social media community management
  • Excellent communications (spoken and written) and presentation skills to present and interact confidently across the organisation and with external stakeholders
  • Strong project and interpersonal management skills
  • Experience in communications and outreach to schools/parents would be an advantage
