You will join HPB's Branding & Corporate Marketing team, which serves as the custodian of HPB's corporate brand and handles initiatives including mental health awareness, school-based outreach, community outreach and parent engagement. [What you will be working on] The successful candidate will support brand-related activities, creative content development and marketing communications materials. • Managing brand projects including corporate materials and identity guidelines across digital and printed communications • Reviewing marketing collaterals from external partners to ensure brand compliance and consistency • Managing planning and execution of HPB's Anniversary celebration events, exhibitions and related communications • Supporting school-based health promotion projects and initiatives • Working with internal and external stakeholders on project delivery • Liaising with creative, media and other vendors to ensure timely project delivery • Managing content development processes and securing necessary approvals • Managing project timelines and tracking deliverables • Assisting with other tasks including procurement, budget tracking, and vendor coordination • Contributing to other assignments as needed [What we are looking for] • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent • High proficiency in English language • Ability to work independently and effectively in teams and handle multiple tasks • Interest in design and communications with an appreciation for creative content • Strong communication (spoken and written) and presentation abilities • Strong project coordination and interpersonal skills http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
