We wanted investors of all levels to confidently take on the market and have a platform that provides all the needed tools and data, along with the support and inspiration from a global community of investors. Together, we strive to make smarter investing accessible to everyone. Responsibilities 1. Project support and execution: Assist in planning and executing business development projects, track progress, and update the status of ongoing projects. 2. Client relationship maintenance (HNW, Corporate and Institutional) Assist clients to complete account opening processes and manage necessary document collection. Facilitate client’s trade volume on various stocks markets. Promote company’s a series of financial instruments to clients. Ensure the client database is maintained and up to date. Handle client inquiries and requests with prompt responses. Coordinate between departments and communicate client feedback, reporting crucial information as needed. Meet sales target and KPI set by team leader from time to time Bachelor’s degree in finance, BA or related field. 3-5 years of work experience in financial institutions, Private banking, Family office or Private Wealth Management is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound knowledge of Global Financial market. Having clients’ resources and holding CMSRL is preferrable. Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills. A proactive and self-motivated individual, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese.
