DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager / Manager (Gardens Operations)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Landscape or Horticulture-related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with degree in other disciplines with a strong interest in plants and able to be hands-on in an outdoor environment are also welcome to apply
• Good knowledge on plants and plant procurement, computer softwares will be advantageous
• Hands-on team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent and experienced in supervisory and coordinating works with contractors and on-site work matters

You will oversee the landscape and planting related matters from planning, designing, execution and the management of landscape/ horticultural works and nursery. You will keep abreast with latest developments in the horticulture industry, in particular the sourcing for a diversity of plants and working with consultants, contractors, agencies and operations departments on plant introduction to implement landscape plans and to enhance biodiversity.
