REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business / HR or related field, with preferably at least 8-10 years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist functions
  • Prior HRIS experience with working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous
  • Prior experience in healthcare or grant based institution would be preferred
  • Demonstrated strong HR knowledge in operations, good foundation and understanding of HR practices and processes.
  • Meticulous, problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at different level
  • Resourceful, strong initiative and self-motivated

Responsibilities
  • Build relationship as a trusted HR Business Partner with key stakeholders.
  • Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and other HR functions.
  • Assist to review HR policies, identify gaps in processes, and drive efficiency and necessary changes in HR service delivery.
  • Drive organisational excellence through the management and execution of HR operational processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of HR services, provide guidance in day-to-day people matters.
  • Oversee and support the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and related HR technical projects. This includes managing vendors, leading and conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT), provide training and support to HRIS users, collaborating with IT consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues, overseeing system upgrades and serving as the lead representative for HRIS initiatives.
