To achieve pre decided volume and value targets for the given quarter / financial year. To be responsible in identifying potential global markets to determine the demands for RR's products and services. To implement all policies & send DCR on regular basis To be responsible for identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. To coordinate and assist in fulfilling business partner’s requests and requirements including quarterly forecast reports, marketing plans and reports and other business requirements. To be well versed in EXIM policies and procedures. To determine the demand for products and services and track progress on these global prospects to increase market share and profitability. To promote / register company’s brands in various Governments Projects, Corporates, etc. and getting the products specified. To plan, implement, and obtain feedback on various sales promotional activities. To ensure proper, reliable market intelligence is gathered and assimilated and sent to the back office. To maintain the brand image of the company in the assigned territory. To develop & monitor key account relations, assist executives and follow up for order closing To fill up the market gaps by making availability of products & generating pull of the products. To do weekly self review and self corrections to improve productivity. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in international business Experience in the African or European market is preferred Experience in the building materials industry is an added advantage (Non-IT background preferred) Must have international travel experience and be capable of independent international travel MBA in Marketing / PGDM / International Business
