Job Summary Supervising and managing Marine Claims in the following areas: Management & Administration Performance Management Fraud Management Claims services Functional business analyst Claims processing & assessment Key Responsibilities To perform the following duties for the respective units under Claims Specialty. Distribution of tasks based on quantity and expertise. Organizing production of work and workforce i.e. productivity, allocation of resources. Providing guidance, direction, leadership and support to subordinates. People development for succession planning and personal career growth. Monitor outstanding claims file with Adjusters and / or Solicitors. Prepare report for internal monitoring of TAT and claims ratio. Confirm coverage and assess claims. Identify potential fraud through system and manual triggers. Proceed with investigation of the potential fraud through Adjusters, police report etc. Attend to claims query from Customer, TP, Agents, Brokers, Branches and Claims Hub. To assist Business Development Managers in business acquisition. Identifying processes which can be automated and perform enhancement in Merimen / OPUS. Key Requirements Experienced in handling and process in Marine Insurance At least 3 years of experience in managing a team in Marine Insurance claims Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification Good problem solver Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
