[What the role is] You will be part of a dynamic and professional team comprising (land resource managers, urban planners and urban designers), who play a vital role in Singapore’s manufacturing landscape to support Singapore’s economic growth for current and future generations. [What you will be working on] You will champion land optimisation initiatives to ensure that the limited land resources are put to optimal use and ensure there is sufficient land to meet Singapore’s economic needs. You will formulate and conduct regular review of land use policies & guidelines to meet changing economic and business needs. You will regularly liaise with government agencies on land planning & management matters pertaining to JTC's estates. You will work closely with diverse JTC teams to support the creation and implementation of frontier projects, products or ideas by JTC to meet manufacturing and manufacturing-related services companies’ needs.
