Job Description Takes care of Valuation. Feasibility Study of project. Primary responsibility - executing and overseeing the delivery of assignments. Secondary responsibility - business development support and collections. Represent Colliers advisory to clients for presentations and BD pitches. Clear understanding and identifying objectives of clients. Develop business models and financial projections on the basis of the understanding of the market dynamics and clients business. Articulate and present reports/ deliverables to the Client. Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets, and competitors through secondary sources and primary interactions. Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate). Gather knowledge of the regulatory environment in the real estate industry and how it affects specific businesses. Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership ability and experience, ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborative team player who is capable of working with others.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility includes executing and overseeing the delivery of valuation assignments and feasibility studies. The role also involves business development support and representing Colliers in client presentations and pitches.
