• Responsible for insulation works for pipes, equipment’s boiler and vessels.
• Check for uniformity od insulation surface, no gaps or voids and check for thickness.
• Verify the distance between the bands & check moisture protection at location where moisture could enter the insulation.
• Following the current regulations of painting and insulation.
• Witness & Inspection for Field Joint Coating and Insulation.
• Monitoring the work assignments of staff and ensuring appropriate materials are available to complete work orders.
• Coordinated with other workers about applying insulating material to exposed surface.
• Estimates and requisitions necessary materials and supplies.
• Explained the insulation new techniques to workers and assigned them to specific duties to work on.
• Having Knowledge on preparing work permits.
• Verified the Production reports and performance reports of workers
• Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks.
• Ensure all the works accordance with the approved IFC drawings and BISCI Standards.
• Coordinating with Site Managers and Engineer’s for the installation.
• Maintained daily and weekly work records and reported to the higher officials.
