The Doctor Referral Marketing is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals to the hospital. This role involves strategic outreach, communication, and engagement activities to enhance the hospital’s referral network and ensure a seamless experience for referring physicians. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase doctor referrals for hospital services. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers. Conduct regular visits to doctors and clinics to promote hospital specialties and services. Organize CME programs, workshops, and networking events for doctors. Act as a liaison between referring doctors and hospital departments to ensure smooth coordination. Track and analyze referral trends and prepare periodic reports for management. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical marketing practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing or doctor referral programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Knowledge of hospital services and medical terminology is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
