In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communications initiatives, and leading a team of marketing professionals. Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms Oversee social media presence and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for marketing materials and corporate communications Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing projects Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Experience with content creation and copywriting for various marketing channels Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices Understanding of brand management and corporate communications principles Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting software Additional Information 2-3 year of experience in branded hotels.
