Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager based in Noida responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to promote the GEDU portfolio to an international audience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to marketing strategy development while taking ownership of implementing, executing, and analysing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on offline partnerships, events, and B2B engagement. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with stakeholders across London, Noida, Malta, and Dubai to ensure marketing initiatives align with student recruitment goals and regional priorities. You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing marketing operations, supporting sales enablement, and ensuring consistent brand delivery across markets. Roles and Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management - Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with student recruitment targets. - Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels including events, partnerships, email marketing, and partner engagement. - Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. - Coordinate regional marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with global brand positioning and messaging. Stakeholder & Sales Collaboration - Work closely with regional sales and business development teams to translate recruitment priorities into marketing initiatives and campaign activities. - Support sales teams with marketing collateral, program information, and campaign materials to strengthen partner engagement.   Marketing Operations & Systems - Manage marketing workflows using project management tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time. - Maintain and organise marketing assets and collateral through structured repositories such as SharePoint or Digital Asset Management systems. - Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) to support campaign execution, audience segmentation, and partner communications. - Track campaign performance and maintain reports.  Content & Brand Management - Work closely with the production team to develop campaign messaging, marketing copy, and creative briefs aligned with brand tone of voice. - Ensure all marketing collateral and communications maintain consistent brand identity across regions. - Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials.  Campaign Coordination & Delivery - Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and communications. - Coordinate the production, printing, and distribution of marketing collateral to regional teams and events. - Maintain a structured archive of marketing campaigns and assets to ensure accessibility and knowledge sharing. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, campaign coordination, and operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain documentation including templates, briefing formats, and campaign guidelines. - Support the implementation of marketing processes that enable better collaboration between marketing and sales teams. Who You Are Experience - 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B, higher education, or ed-tech environments. - Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns. - Experience collaborating closely with sales or business development teams. Technical Skills - Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar). - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or Asana. - Experience managing shared content repositories such as SharePoint or Digital Asset Management systems. - Strong analytical skills with ability to track campaign performance and report insights. - Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and partner communications.
