ABOUT THE JOB:

We are currently seeking for an expert Assistant Marketing Manager to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. You will assist in defining and implementing Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain marketing & communication strategy, providing vision, framework, and marketing assistance to all hotel departments, including Sales, Revenue, Spa, F&B and Sports & Leisure.

Duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Work closely with Marketing Manager in implementing short- and long-term resort strategies and multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with Sales & Marketing Department annual revenue goals.
  • Provide full support to Marketing Manager to deliver all Rooms, Spa campaigns and projects for Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. Establish campaign KPIs for success and maximize ROI.
  • Together with Digital Marketing Manager and Media Buying Agency to plan and launch advertising campaigns for social and international.
  • Manage creative development for advertising media campaigns and effective delivery of ads per the media plan.
  • Ensure campaign and project expenses are within set budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance with agencies and proactively suggest ways of optimizing.
  • Ensure Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain website content is up to date and alighted with established web content standards.
  • Maintain up to date hotel assets on Jumeirah brand Hub.
  • Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers. source new suppliers as required adhering to procurement process.
  • Work closely with departments to communicate all offers accurately
  • Mentor direct reports and provide support for their professional grow
