ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING OPERATIONS OVERVIEW: :

ebbo is seeking an assistant manager to join our highly skilled marketing ops department. This role is a great fit for a technically skilled, detail-oriented individual, and thrives on solving problems creatively. This person will support a variety of marketing operations initiatives spanning web optimization, analytics, and user experience. Over time, this role will grow into a subject matter expert in the tools and processes that power our marketing programs.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager, Marketing Operations: :

  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns within first party admin tools, as well as third party tools like Optimizely, FullStory, and Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, etc.).
  • Implement and troubleshoot A/B testing initiatives, ensuring accurate setup, proper tracking, and reliable measurement from launch through analysis.
  • Combine technical expertise with creative thinking to develop innovative, practical solutions that drive marketing initiatives forward.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s WordPress site, including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efficiency, website performance, and user experience.
  • Document processes, pull reports, and share insights and trends from marketing technology tools to support knowledge-sharing and data-driven decision-making across the team.

Skills of Assistant Manager, Marketing Operations: :

  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, client-facing, and technical teams.
  • A curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset — eager to learn new tools, share knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field, and 3-5 years of marketing operations experience. OR In absence of a degree 6+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong technical foundation with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.:
