Aperçu du poste : Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing The selected candidate will be responsible for executing the marketing plan through various campaigns and strategic projects. This person will also provide support for the marketing component within the Strategic Business Development department. Salary: $66 960 - $87 890 *Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training. We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering: Vacation upon hire Generous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance Group retirement plan with employer contribution Telemedicine and assistance program for employees and their families Employee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match Paid Parental Leave program Paid time off: Sick days, floater days and volunteer day off Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA Training and development programs Organized activities for employees and their families Advantageous discounts on Saputo products How you will make contributions that matter: Assist the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales Assist the marketing manager in executing multichannel campaigns ensuring alignment of communications and messaging in all channels Develop agency briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and consumer communications Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the support of the required marketing collateral required to support the brand and the launch of new products Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs, and optimize campaigns accordingly Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities Perform other related duties as assigned Work closely with external partners on briefing, creating, reviewing and approving all aspects of our brand content Review & approve advertising material, labels and packaging Manage and provide recommendations on how to improve the web and social media presence of our brands Prepare, coordinate and deliver different presentations You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: University degree in marketing or a related discipline 2-3 years of marketing experience CPG brand marketing experience is an asset Collaborate with cross functional teams Knowledge of ; web, social media, SEO\SEM Excellent oral and written communication skills Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written, is essential, as the person will need to communicate with various team members within the Canadian division and collaborate with internal and external partners in both languages.
