Assistant Manager involves in various aspects of operations including franchise operations and development, product development, outlet promotions, nationwide and local store promotional activities (in conjunction with Group Marketing Department) • To assist existing franchise outlets on how to increase their sales and their contribution profit margin • To provide service and support to existing outlets • Maintain good franchise relationships • Handle customer feedbacks and enquiries • Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Company Manage
