• Oversee and manage inventory control to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Assist with ordering automotive parts in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Provide top-notch customer service—from initial greeting to final invoice
• Work closely with technicians to ensure work orders are completed efficiently
• Invoicing and record-keeping using shop management software
• Support the Garage Manager in daily operations and team coordination
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers
