Job Purpose We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that blends creativity, technical expertise, and operational excellence. Motivated individuals with a passion for Media Production, creative concept development, and supporting Facilities Management and IT Learning Management systems. The Job Media Production Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver mobile studio setups and produce high-quality video content aligned with brand standards Support content publishing via the Content Management System upon approval Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate regular preventive maintenance Liaise with external AV vendors to resolve critical technical issues Facilities Maintenance Manage room booking requests from corporate or agency channels Partner with IFM team to ensure daily operations at Voltage & CFE Training Centre premises are always maintained and operational ready Anticipate and manage repairs/ fixtures of the premises whenever necessary Liaise with Property Management to ensure good housekeeping of the premises IT Systems Support Provide IT support in managing Learning Management System (LMS) portal for financial representatives and pre-contract candidates Liaise with IT team to resolve any system issues/ functions Handle internal system access requests, including raising and reviewing periodically Maintain inventory list of IT equipment Diploma or Degree in Media Studies or any relevant video production, TV production, film production, or multimedia fields Experience in video production, multimedia or any relevant production fields and demonstrated deep experience in video production and technologies Proficient in the use of video/ sound/ lighting equipment, sound editing/ video editing (eg: Final Cut Pro)/ motion graphics software and other equipment/ software used in video production for online learning materials Hands-on experience with A/V systems hardware and software maintenance. Basic knowledge of IT systems and support. High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Take initiative to improve the current state of things and embrace new changes
