Servus is growing! We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager Member Service at our Ponoka branch.

As the Assistant Manager Member Service your primary goal is to lead and coach our Member Service Representatives on the frontline. You support them so that they can identify our members needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness. You and your team have the opportunity to make the best first impression for our members when they walk in the door!

To qualify, you will need proven leadership experience and the natural ability to be smart, gutsy and driven.
Although not required, the following are valuable assets:
Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)Previous retail financial experience preferred
