QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree holder or MBA; advanced degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in motor insurance underwriting – corporate segment preferably in Dubai.

• Preferred CII qualification.

· Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting principles.

• Advanced MS Excel qualification and possesses strong computer skills.

· Build and develop a profitable portfolio of Motor Insurance Corporate business ensuring high performance and adherence to policies.
· Monitor and analyze underwriting trends and loss ratios to improve portfolio performance and profitability.
· Strong rapport with Brokers and good knowledge of Motor Insurance Corporate segment.
· Possesses leadership abilities that enable the corporate team to achieve optimal results.
· Prepare reports for senior management on underwriting performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
