Description Job Posting Assistant Manager - Music Store! BAKERSFIELD, CA Description Come join the team at Nick Rail Music, Bakersfield! We are looking for an energetic team member for our retail store! Responsibilities include assisting the manager in: Oversee all store functions Promote and maintain a friendly, positive work environment Ensure employee and customer safety Oversee repair staff and floor employees Maintain store display integrity Oversee daily store money count and bank deposit Execute and disseminate all company initiatives and goals Coordinate with buyer in store product/sales training Serve as back up for store ed reps for absences, deliveries Develop relationships with local school directors Oversee private lesson program; develop teacher relationships Oversee all store opening and closing procedures Oversee all store maintenance; communicate regularly and consistently with corporate management on any needs or issues Music background is required.
